Monday again? Looking forward to a smooth sailin’ week after last week’s exhaustion of four days of recording (three of which were 100% my stuff) and a rocking show sandwiched between five hour driving sessions. Saturday’s show was fun, audience was nicely large and responsive, we played decently. Pretty sure we sold some merch, too.
Yesterday I just took it easy, ate some chicken, got caught up with the Sarah Connor Chronicles, and organized a bit. It’s looking like the Sarah Connor Chronicles episode this coming Friday is likely to be the last episode of the series, so I wanted to catch up on the three episodes I was missing. Loved ’em, too, unfortunately. SCC had a horrible start to season 2, but it was finally ramping up to the quality of season 1. Seems to be a little too late, though. No Battlestar? No Terminator? All that’s left for me on TV is The Office and cartoons.
I rented Fallout 3, got it on Friday, had a small window of time in which I was super excited to check it out, and the disc was scratched. Could not install it or even get past the initial loading screen. Buzz Killington. Waiting on a replacement now…
My iPod is broken. It didn’t survive the trip. Funny, because it didn’t even leave my backpack. The front and back are now separated from each other. Quality.
The DSi is out. Gonna pick one up eventually, when I’ve got a little spare cash.
Another show‘s coming up on Friday, this one’s in Abilene. Opening for the Toadies again. Last show on the schedule as of now. Then we’ll be returning to the studio on the 29th. Jams.
