So Bret Michaels wins The Celebrity Apprentice. Talk about a guy who has the most extreme ups and downs ever. Who would’ve thought that chick-looking singer dude from the cover of Look What The Cat Dragged In would be a regular topic of news in 2010? Bonkers.

I’ve been watching G.I. Joe Season 2, the second half of which has not been released on DVD, ever. So basically I’m catching a few episodes I literally haven’t seen in 25 years. Pretty great stuff. Also a lot of really dumb stuff.

Also been in a Twin Peaks mood, thanks to Deadly Premonition. So I finally picked up the Gold Box set and I’m currently on disc 2.

Been finishing up a lot of lyrics in the last couple of days, which feels great. Lyrics take me forever to write. In some instances, even years. But I’ve been “feeling it” a lot lately and getting a lot of partially-finished stuff done and ready to closet-record.

Speaking of recordings, Tendril mixing is DONE. This absolutely rules. Next up is deciding on song order, which has the potential to be brutal on multiple levels. Try putting your favorite 12 children in an order that is best for them, and also maintains consensus with 3 parents of differing ideals.

Had 2 migraines in the last week. That hasn’t been fun. Today’s the first day I feel fully back to normal.

Just ordered CS5 for Mac. Can’t wait for it to arrive and (hopefully) rock my world.
