Tron: Uprising, the new pre-Legacy animated series debuted this week. I’ve been looking forward to this for quite awhile.

Based on the debut episode, I’m not sure I love the character/animation style, but maybe it’ll grow on me. The general Tron aesthetic, however, is still very present overall, and looks especially great in HD. The world and vehicles look A+.

The story is already shaping up to be quite intriguing, and looks to tie up a few lingering threads from Legacy. So far, so good.
